These Terms of Use apply to The Desygn Shop website and our design, apparel and printing services. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Use the site lawfully and provide accurate contact, artwork and order information.
Review your selected product, size, color, quantity, artwork and delivery address before submitting an order. Custom work may require a quote and artwork approval. Quotes show their expiration time; shipping and applicable taxes are confirmed before payment. A saved cart does not reserve stock or establish a delivery date. Orders become accepted when we confirm them.
Existing collections may open their original storefront for checkout. The policies displayed at that checkout also apply. Payment details are handled by the payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
You must own or have permission to use the text, images, logos and other artwork you submit. You grant The Desygn Shop permission to use that artwork to review, produce and fulfill your requested work. We may decline content that infringes rights or violates law.
Review spelling, placement, colors, sizes and quantities before approving production. Screen previews illustrate placement; printed colors and manufacturer measurements can vary. Uploading a file does not guarantee print readiness. Keep your own copy of uploaded artwork.
All items are custom made on demand, so all sales are final. If your order has a confirmed print or product quality issue, we can arrange a reprint. Contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
Custom production begins after the agreed payment, required details and artwork approval are received. Production and shipping estimates depend on product, quantity and availability. See our Shipping & Returns policy for changes, cancellations, returns and damaged items. If a promised shipment cannot be met, we will offer the applicable delay or cancellation and refund choices. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Our website content belongs to The Desygn Shop or its licensors. Do not copy or misuse it without permission. We work to keep product information accurate, but errors and availability changes can occur. We will contact you about any material correction affecting an order before proceeding.
Read our Privacy Policy for information about order records, artwork and service providers. Unsubmitted cart selections may remain in your browser. Clearing browser storage or changing devices can remove those selections.
Contact us through our Contact page with questions about these terms or your order. We may update these terms and revise the effective date. Terms in effect when an order is accepted apply to that order.
