We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, mailing or shipping address, order number, project details, messages, uploaded artwork, and other information needed to respond or deliver a service.
When you browse the site, hosting and service providers may automatically receive limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referral page, and access time for security, diagnostics, and basic analytics.
Orders and artwork
Cart drafts use browser storage. Artwork uploaded in Desygn Lab is stored by our connected design service and used to generate print-ready files and previews. Submitting an order request stores your signed-in identity, email, order choices, notes and attached artwork in shared server storage. Customers can view their own orders; authorized staff can review orders and download artwork. New payments use Stripe hosted checkout. This site does not receive or store full card numbers.

Storefront, payments, and service providers
This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Existing store products use their original storefronts. New products and custom requests use this site’s order records and secure Stripe checkout. Wix and payment providers process payment information under their own privacy terms; The Desygn Shop does not receive your full payment-card number.
We may share information with vendors that help provide our services, including website hosting, payment processing, Printful design previews and fulfillment, SinaLite print services, shipping, email, security, and analytics. They receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their role.
Contact form
Contact requests use the contact options shown on our Contact page. Do not submit passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the form.
Cookies and similar technology
This site and connected services may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functionality, security, preferences, analytics, and storefront operations. Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies, although doing so can affect certain features.
Browser drafts
Unsubmitted cart selections and artwork remain on the device and browser you use. Clear this site’s browser storage to remove those drafts. Keep a separate copy of artwork you need. Clearing browser data does not delete submitted server orders or uploads; contact us about those records.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including completing services, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information we maintain about you, subject to legal, transactional, and recordkeeping requirements. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages using the link in the message or by contacting us. Privacy rights may differ depending on where you live.
Children and external links
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. This site may link to external services whose privacy practices are controlled by those services.
Policy updates
